Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our website.
Information We Collect
Google Authentication
When you choose to sign in with Google, we collect the following information from your Google account: - Email address - Display name - Profile picture URL This information is stored in our database hosted on Hetzner servers in Finland (EU). We use this information solely to identify your account and personalize your experience. We do not share your email address with third parties or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Download Activity
When you download probabilistic data (JSON or CSV) from our platform, we record: - Which dataset was downloaded (sport, match identifier) - The download format (JSON or CSV) - The date and time of the download This information is linked to your account and used to enforce our monthly download limit (200 downloads per month) and to understand which data is most useful to our users.
Public Professional Player Forecasts
For our public player surfaces (Champions League forecasts, and the Euroleague player predictability, player projection and match pages) we process public professional information about named players and head coaches: name, stable player identifier, club and opponent, role and squad-list details published by the competition (height, shirt number, year of birth and country), official team-sheet or projected-starter status, the per-match statistics published in the official box score for games we had forecast, and our own statistical forecasts and accuracy measurements. We do not use injury, illness, fitness, biometric or other special-category data, and we do not use ownership data. For the private, signed-in Euroleague Fantasy assistant, we may process the official role and price published by the fantasy game to enforce roster and budget rules and to preserve an immutable pre-deadline audit of our recommendations. We do not publish or offer those prices as a raw catalog. Observed statistics are published only next to the forecast they grade, never as a standalone statistics database. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in publishing and evaluating transparent sports models and providing private Fantasy recommendations. Fantasy Account Data
When a signed-in user uses a Fantasy product, we store the saved roster and immutable recommendation history needed to provide the service across web, API and connected AI assistants. We also record content-free product events containing the account, sport, broad action, source and time. If the user connects the private Telegram bot, we store the Telegram account identifiers needed for delivery, alert preferences, delivery status and any feedback the user chooses to submit. We do not place roster content, IP addresses or user-agent strings in Fantasy product telemetry.
Fantasy Launch Interest
On the upcoming NBA Fantasy page, a signed-in account may ask for one product-specific launch notification. Historical Tennis ATP launch-interest records remain covered by this policy. With your explicit consent, we store your account email address, the selected product and the time of consent. We do not collect roster, gameplay, IP or payment data through this form, and the request does not enroll you in a newsletter or paid plan. The request is included in your account export and removed when the account is deleted, and you can also contact us at any time to withdraw it.
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This helps us track the number of visitors to our site and understand how visitors use our site. The information collected includes: - IP address (anonymized) - Browser type and version - Device type - Operating system - Pages visited and time spent - Referral source We do not collect or store personally identifiable information through Google Analytics.

We use necessary cookies to make our website work. We also use optional analytics cookies to help us improve our website by collecting and reporting information on how you use it. You can choose to decline analytics cookies while still accessing our website's core functionality.

Data Transfer
Account data collected through Google sign-in is stored on our servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Finland (EU). Google Analytics data may be processed in various countries including the United States. By accepting analytics cookies, you consent to this data transfer. Google provides appropriate safeguards through standard contractual clauses.
How We Use Your Data

Data Retention
- Analytics Data: Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
- Cookie Preferences: Your cookie preferences are stored for 12 months.
- Account Data: Your account information and private Fantasy data are retained for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from account Settings. Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your profile, download history, saved rosters, recommendations, product events, launch-interest requests, Telegram link and feedback from our database. Fantasy launch-interest requests submitted before sign-in became required are kept until the relevant launch notification is sent or you ask us to remove them.

Manage Your Data
Signed-in users can manage their data directly from the account Settings page — no email required.
- Update newsletter preferences (subscribe / unsubscribe, change sport selection)

- Permanently delete your account and all associated data

If you don't have an account or prefer to make a request manually, contact us — we respond to data-subject requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Article 15). You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Signed-in users can do this instantly from the Settings page using the Export button.
- Right to rectification (Article 16). Your name and profile picture come from your Google account — update them in Google and they refresh on next login. For email changes, contact us.
- Right to erasure / right to be forgotten (Article 17). You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page. The action is immediate and irreversible: your profile and download history are removed from our database.
- Right to restriction (Article 18). You can ask us to limit how we process your data while we resolve a dispute. Contact us to request restriction.
- Right to data portability (Article 20). Export your data as a structured JSON file from the Settings page. The export covers your profile, download history, saved Fantasy state, product events, launch-interest requests, Telegram alert state and Fantasy feedback.
- Right to object (Article 21). You can object to analytics or marketing processing through your settings. Professional players or representatives may also object to a named-player forecast or accuracy surface by contacting us; we review and respond within 30 days and can suppress the player from the web, API and MCP surfaces while the request is assessed.
- Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3)). If you opted into the newsletter, you can withdraw consent at any time from the Settings page. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before.
- Right to lodge a complaint. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority in the EU.
