We do not share your email address with third parties or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Download Activity
When you download probabilistic data (JSON or CSV) from our platform, we record: - Which dataset was downloaded (sport, match identifier) - The download format (JSON or CSV) - The date and time of the download This information is linked to your account and used to enforce our monthly download limit (200 downloads per month) and to understand which data is most useful to our users.
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This helps us track the number of visitors to our site and understand how visitors use our site. The information collected includes: - IP address (anonymized) - Browser type and version - Device type - Operating system - Pages visited and time spent - Referral source We do not collect or store personally identifiable information through Google Analytics.

Data Transfer
Account data collected through Google sign-in is stored on our servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Finland (EU). Data Retention
- Analytics Data: Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

- Account Data: Your account information (email, name) is retained for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your account Settings page — deletions take effect immediately and remove your profile and download history from our database.

Manage Your Data
Signed-in users can manage their data directly from the account Settings page — no email required.

If you don't have an account or prefer to make a request manually, contact us — we respond to data-subject requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Article 15). You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Signed-in users can do this instantly from the Settings page using the Export button.
- Right to rectification (Article 16). Your name and profile picture come from your Google account — update them in Google and they refresh on next login. For email changes, contact us.
- Right to erasure / right to be forgotten (Article 17). You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page. The action is immediate and irreversible: your profile and download history are removed from our database.
- Right to restriction (Article 18). You can ask us to limit how we process your data while we resolve a dispute. Contact us to request restriction.
- Right to data portability (Article 20). Export your data as a structured JSON file from the Settings page. The export covers your profile and download history.
- Right to object (Article 21). You can object to processing for analytics or marketing purposes by opting out of analytics cookies and disabling the newsletter from the Settings page.
- Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3)). If you opted into the newsletter, you can withdraw consent at any time from the Settings page. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before.
- Right to lodge a complaint. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority in the EU.
