Service Description

We provide sports predictions for basketball (NBA, Euroleague), football (soccer), and tennis (ATP, WTA) using artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Our predictions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as gambling advice.

Account Registration

You may optionally create an account by signing in with Google to access premium features such as downloading raw probabilistic data (JSON and CSV). Account creation is free. By signing in, you authorize us to collect your email address, display name, and profile picture URL from your Google account. Downloads are limited to 200 per calendar month per account. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

User Obligations

You must be at least 21 years old to use this service

You agree not to misuse or attempt to manipulate our service

You acknowledge that predictions are based on statistical models and are not guarantees

You agree not to reproduce or distribute our predictions without permission

API and Data Licensing

Access to the Predixsport REST API and MCP server is governed by these additional terms. Commercial use of the API is permitted on paid plans. What you do with the data for your own personal or internal use — including your own analysis and decisions based on it — is your business; predictions are informational only and provided at your own risk. Displaying Predixsport data inside your own product or service (redistribution) requires our prior written permission and visible attribution — "Powered by Predixsport" with a link to predixsport.com — wherever our data appears.

The following are not permitted under any plan:

Reselling or sublicensing the raw data feed

Redistributing bulk exports or derived datasets

Displaying or redistributing our data within gambling or betting products or services offered to third parties

Removing or obscuring the required attribution

Our ELO ratings datasets are published under CC BY 4.0 and may be reused, including commercially, with attribution. Commercial licences beyond these terms are available under separate written agreement — contact us at [email protected].

Data Collection

By using our service, you acknowledge our use of Google Analytics for website analytics and, if you create an account, the collection of your Google profile information and download activity as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to decline non-essential cookies while still accessing our core services.

Our website uses third-party services including Google Analytics. While we carefully select these providers, we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
